S2N provided design-assist, preconstruction, and consulting services at the Reston Gateway project in Reston, Virginia.

Reston Gateway is a mixed-use development featuring two main structures joined by a podium floor spanning between the above-grade towers. Building A is a 28-story, 800,000-square-foot office building and Building B is a 20-story, 623,000-square-foot office building. Both buildings feature ground-level retail space and below-grade parking.

S2N served as the technology-systems integrator for tenant fit-out and managing the implementation of technologies including electronic security, cellular distributed antenna, and audiovisual systems. This included preconstruction and design-assist support in order to ensure installation was coordinated within the construction schedule.
