S2N provided consulting and design-build services for Pacific Beacon in San Diego, California.

Pacific Beacon is a high-density residential community for sailors stationed at Naval Base in San Diego. The 1.2-million-square-foot luxury community is comprised of three 18-story residential buildings with a total of 941 two-bedroom housing units. The residential community also features a four-story parking garage and ample outdoor recreation areas.

S2N provided comprehensive design-build services through a public-private partnership. S2N’s services gave residents access to state-of-the art technology including cable television, internet and phone service, and secure wireless networks in common areas.
